Athlete performance and recovery · Saint Petersburg, Florida
Train, recover, and return to movement with more context.
A thoughtful place to start when symptoms keep interrupting daily life. EnerQi Wellness uses acupuncture and Chinese medicine to look at the wider pattern and help you make sense of the next step.
Fifteen minutes to talk through what you’re noticing.
No commitment. Bring the questions you have, the patterns you’ve noticed, and what you want to understand better.
How care is considered
Performance Recovery is a method, not a shortcut.
The Performance Recovery Method uses acupuncture and Chinese medicine to support the many parts of an athlete’s experience: training load, sleep, mobility, stress, soreness, injury history, and confidence in movement. It complements a well-coordinated sports medicine plan and adapts to the person in front of us.
01
Talk through your training demands, recovery habits, and current goals.
02
Consider movement, sleep, stress, and load alongside the area that hurts.
03
Use individualized acupuncture and Chinese medicine support where appropriate.
04
Coordinate with your athletic trainer, physical therapist, orthopedist, or team clinician.

Plans and benefits vary. Please verify coverage, eligibility, and any referral requirements with your insurer before scheduling.
A note about coordination: Acupuncture can complement sports medicine and rehabilitation, but it does not replace evaluation of an injury or a prescribed return-to-play plan. Work with your orthopedic clinician, physical therapist, athletic trainer, or other indicated professional.
