I was the woman lying awake at 3am as a single mom, checking my phone, making mental to-do lists, heart racing for no reason.

I showed up for everyone except myself — juggling parenthood and building my career, making sure everyone else had what they needed while my own health fell apart. Sound familiar?

I lived exactly where you are right now.

For years I suffered from panic attacks that came out of nowhere, random spikes in blood pressure that made no sense (I was the epitome of health on paper!), and the kind of bone-deep exhaustion that sleep couldn’t fix. I was doing everything “right” — eating well, exercising regularly, taking my vitamins — but my nervous system was stuck in permanent overdrive.

I tried therapy. I ramped up my exercise routine. I downloaded meditation apps. Nothing created lasting change because nobody was addressing what was actually happening in my BODY.

Then everything shifted.

After 17 years as a massage therapist, I dove into Chinese medicine because I was fascinated by meridian theory — how it connected physical symptoms to emotional patterns. But what I didn’t expect was how completely it would change my life.

For the first time, someone wasn’t just treating my symptoms. They were treating the ROOT of what was happening — how stress was literally living in my chest, my insomnia, my digestive chaos. Chinese medicine finally explained why my nervous system thought folding laundry at 11pm was an emergency.

The transformation was profound.

Once I started getting regular treatment and understanding my body through this holistic lens, the panic attacks stopped. My energy came back. I could finally turn off at the end of the day. I felt like an actual human being again — not a woman barely holding it together.

Now I help other women find their way back to themselves the same way I did.

I understand what it feels like to try to be everything for everybody while your body is screaming that something needs to change. I know the guilt that comes with putting yourself first, and I know how to help you move through it.

My mission is simple: to help women see that prioritizing their health and wellbeing isn’t selfish — it’s essential to actually caring for everyone and everything else in your life.
